And his calm, caring and efficient coaching continually enables his buyer clients to find the perfect home.
“...Charlie's calm thoughtful analysis and practical help kept the process of selling this house on track. Knowing that things do not always go smoothly, [he] kept to a schedule of showing the house to buyers and brokers and the wonderful advertising kept up interest in the house. In the end … Charlie found exactly the buyers we would have asked for.”
- Dean and Lauren
(Belmont “This Old House” seller and Belmont and Maine buyer)
“Charlie persevered with me for all those months and finally found what I thought was impossible: a perfect little home…”
- Douglas Schneider, M.S.
"Charlie did not push us into any fast decisions and never showed the slightest sign of impatience when we required yet another showing of the property. Thanks to him, the stressful period of a house purchase seemed not only bearable, but even became a pleasant experience."
- Edda Fiebiger, PhD
Charlie looks forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals in 2013 and beyond!
